Some of these pollutants are invisible and you don’t realise it until you get your house checked for things like dangerous chemicals, gas and mould. I also think for the sake of your lungs it’s best to stay away from smokers. If you live with someone who smokes, you could be breathing in second-hand smoke – and that can be just as bad as smoking.
