  1. Many simple lifestyle habits can help you lose weight. Some have nothing to do with conventional diet or exercise plans. You can use smaller plates, eat more slowly, drink water, and avoid eating in front of the TV or computer.

  2. One of the things “Lockdown Life” has taught me is that life is too short to diet. I’ve been walking, taken up running following the C25K plan (now up to 28 minutes), gardening and generally moving more. I haven’t lost weight but I have toned up, I feel better in myself and I have loads more energy. I’m eating what I want, treats are within reason and small. My muscles ache and I know that is because they are moving more. This is such a great post Christy, with so much focus these days on dieting it’s wonderful to see one that inspires us to do the right thing for our bodies :) xx

    1. It’s so great to hear from you, Dawn! I like that you are feeling great and getting active ~ Knowing you’re having good days makes me happy :)

  3. Great advice. I especially need to remember to keep active as I’m always so tired after bad nights with the baby. During definitely not an option. Thanks for this.
