Don’t forget that as you absorb electrolytes in a bath of Epsom salts, it’s a good idea to drink a little extra water afterward to stay hydrated.   1. I’m currently on week 3, nearly week 4, of the flu and I’m just this week getting the snotty-coughy part you tend to get with a cold, so this post is very useful! Also, I never knew you could get a Bluetooth diffuser, oh how far technology has come!

  2. Nice to see some more natural remedies for treating symptoms, Christy . We usually pull out over the counter meds, but those can be both costly and sometimes not as effective as we’ d wish.
