Many people think that once you turn 60 you don’t need to worry about challenging yourself. And why would you? You’ve worked hard all your life, so now you want to sit back, relax, and enjoy retirement the way you want to do so. However, while this might appeal to a select few, many people struggle to stop searching for adventure in life.   1. I’m challenging myself to do yoga every day. I don’t know how long I will continue this challenge, but I want to see the results.
    Also, I’ve challenge myself to write daily. Explore creativity with my blog, video editing, etc. Building my writing business.
    Lastly, stop allowing my fears to negate me from pursuing my God given destiny.
