You’ve likely heard the word turmeric a few times but might not know what it is or how it can help the body. And then there’s CBD oil that’s gaining popularity too. Oh and that’s not all – did you know that they’re both available together in convenient CBD and turmeric capsules and pills? Yes, there’s a lot to know and keep up with, especially with so many health products on the market already. Figuring out what exactly are turmeric CBD benefits to deciding which brand to take can be overwhelming.
That’s why we’re breaking it down for you into bite-sized pieces so you can decide if these particular supplements are right for you.
What does turmeric do?
If you are a fan of curries, turmeric is the spice that gives them that amazing yellow color. It is also a very useful medicinal herb for the curcumin found in it.
But in the spice, there is only a small amount of curcumin, which is why supplement forms are available to get the full effects of this powerful ingredient. Curcumin has amazing health potential to improve the skin, stimulate the immune system, and more.
Turmeric benefits the immune system
Research finds that supercharging the immune system is another of the healing effects.
Slows down aging
Helping delay the aging process, turmeric can slow down the creation of wrinkles and fine lines.
Turmeric benefits for skin
The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric can help relieve psoriasis and acne skin issues. Look for organic soap featuring turmeric root that is gentle enough to use on the face and body for all skin types. Ideally, it won’t have the harsh chemicals found in many regular soaps.
For heart health
Turmeric’s antioxidant properties can also reduce serum cholesterol levels and protect the heart. Turmeric can play a role in heart-related conditions, including cardiac hypertrophy and congenital heart disease.
Obviously, we’re just skimming the surface here, and we don’t intend to provide an exhaustive list of turmeric benefits. Instead, we intend to show you it’s an amazing anti-inflammatory and that its potential increases further in combination with another of nature’s natural superstars: CBD.

Adding in CBD oil with turmeric
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a healing giant. CBD is found naturally in hemp plants, and a growing body of research shows that it has the potential to help with a range of health issues, including:
- Pain
- Anxiety
- Insomnia
- Nausea
- Lack of appetite
- Depression
CBD is available in bottled oil form or as oil integrated into tablets, pills, edibles, and other forms for easy consumption. As with most things, the quality of these products can vary, so it’s best to do your research and choose top-rated CBD and turmeric capsules rather than lower-grade ones that have less potency. Taking lower-quality ingredients can take away from the potential health benefits of turmeric and CBD.
And if you worry about getting high by taking CBD and turmeric capsules, always make sure that there’s no THC listed in the product’s ingredient list. THC is the compound in marijuana that provides the psychoactive or a “high” effect of the mind.
Some people look for CBD and turmeric capsules that don’t have THC in them. Instead, CBD and turmeric come in quantities as shown on the label. You may look for a brand formulated by pharmacists, giving you peace of mind in the quality and confidence in the wellness potential.
So, the next question is, if you take CBD and turmeric in combination, what sort of results can you look forward to?
What are the potential turmeric CBD benefits?
This powerful combination can help with inflammation and tense muscles. Perhaps best of all, the health benefits of CBD and turmeric capsules are achievable naturally, without looking to medicines that can make you feel like vomiting or have other yucky side effects.
Plus, you won’t be filling up on pain meds that are probably only addressing the surface symptoms without getting to the deeper problem.
Not to mention how much more expensive prescribed drugs can be than quality CBD and turmeric formulas. Some medications have the potential for addiction, too, which can open up a whole other bundle of problems. CBD oil without THC does not have addictive properties. Again, always check the ingredients list of the product you’re getting to make sure there’s no THC in it.
For someone with minor pain, the easy-to-take capsules might meet your needs. Feeling more comfortable can help you enjoy the days more and also get some more sleep at night if you’re not in a constant aching state.
When taken as directed on the bottle, CBD and turmeric capsules can also fight against inflammation. When you feel more rested, you’re able to make the most of your days and, therefore, have a better quality of life than before.
Find out whether CBD affects women differently than men, typically, in this recent post.
CBD and turmeric pills: Quality matters too
Obviously, though, results can vary from person to person and by the quality of the product, so we can’t guarantee anything. Instead, we’re pointing out the potential benefits of turmeric and CBD oil combos, such as capsules.
Finally, pay attention to quality as it can vary significantly between CBD and turmeric capsule brands. To make a more informed decision, read through online reviews for the supplements of interest. Reviewers may point to supplements that contain pure hemp extract for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, stress, inflammation, and joint pain. Read reviews to see what real people say about the product and look at what it contains.
You may also look for gel capsules for easy digestion. They can be easier to swallow, too, for some people.
Natural ways to combat anxiety
Lastly, it might surprise you to learn that CBD capsules with turmeric can provide relief from anxiety for some people. This makes sense given the natural anxiety-reducing properties of CBD oil. It can also combat symptoms that are making your anxiety worse. Yup, imagine having the potential to ease muscles and relieve anxiety, all in one natural product? That’s a pretty powerful thought.
Helping with joint health and digestion are just two more possible benefits of the pills. We like that they’re in capsule form, so they’re easy to add to the daily routine, every for super busy people.
Conclusions on the benefits of CBD and turmeric pills
The benefits of turmeric and CBD capsules can pack a powerful punch – naturally. From boosting immunity to easing minor aches and pain, there is big potential for human health here.
As we mentioned earlier, always take as directed on the package to properly kickstart your system. And please be sure it’s legal where you live.
Its illegality is one of the top CBD oil myths. CBD hemp oil is currently legal in all 50 U.S. states and more than 40 countries worldwide. Research on its benefits is growing fast.
Finally, we’re not doctors, and this isn’t medical advice; instead, we’re simply sharing our opinions. This post on CBD and turmeric pills isn’t intended to take the place of seeing your doctor for any medical condition. We wish you good health!

I live in the Newmarket area and I would like to know where I could buy these capsules, many thanks.

I started taking CBD oil this summer. I do feel better using it. Tumeric is a spice I use often. I never thought about the pills. Great idea. Thanks, Christy. <3
How wonderful to hear you have already found CBD to be helpful, Colleen. Yes it’s convenient to have the tumeric there too in easy-to-take capsule form. Have a terrific week! xo
Thanks, Christy. <3 You too.
xxoo
I take both separately and have done for about a year.. I periodically stop for a month to see if there is a difference and there is… so a good test to find out is something is effective. I will look at the combined capsule.. thanks for the information Christy…
Good idea Sally to stop now and then to take stock of the body’s response!
My sister in law is pregnant (yes, I will soon have a nephew!)… one of her friends suggested her to use CBD oil. Good for Canada for legalizing marijuana, by the way. This is not a personal statement, though, but clearly it is better to legalize in the long term. I think Uruguay is the only country in South America that has gone through this and it is has proven to be beneficial…. xx 😘
Sorry I missed this post amid the Christmas chaos, Aqui! Congrats on being an aunt soon – how exciting! Wishing your sister-in-law good health ~ HUGS for you and family :)
No problems…. yes, I am so happy for them. Baby Tomás is gonna be a boy and he will arrive soon…. before March. 🤗💛 thank you for replying…. I wanted to share it with you 😘
Oh it’s really so exciting! Baby Tomás will come into this world with such a loving family. He and I will smile as we love our Aqui!!
You are a sweetheart …. Thanks so much, CB 🙏🏼 ♥️ love you 👋😘
I’m speaking the truth, sweetie. Love you too xo
🥰♥️💛🥰 xxxoo 😘👋
My girlfriend gave me powdered turmeric which I add to my food. CBD products are still expensive. I have tried it in candy but that was the most high priced candy that I ever purchased! I’m waiting for the prices to come down.
I think in time CBD items will become lower in price while still maintaining quality…
Maybe. In America health is a money game. And insurance won’t cover it.
Great info! Where am I able to buy CBD oil? I live in Toronto and not sure it is available
The link with the capsules text in it goes to an online store that sells CBD oil. Another option is to check out cannabis shops in your area; there are several in Toronto.
Unfortunately they closed all cannabis shops in Toronto last year. Cannabis is only sold online through the online government website which only sells cannabis oils with THC. I haven’t really seen anything like you mentioned anywhere else available here in Toronto.
I use Qunol brand liquid turmeric as well as using the spice turmeric in cooking and have found some relief from arthritic symptoms. In reading about CBD it does sound interesting. More and more people are writing about it. Apparently the price is still pretty high. Hopefully that will come down in time. Thanks for telling us about these capsules. Will have to check it out!
I love how you’re open to learning when you come here, Peggy ~ Your feedback is great to read!
Excellent information! I use Turmeric everyday.
Well done, you!
Great post 😁
Thanks!
thank you~

Feel free to share it. Thanks for appreciating it, Laura!
