DMCA notice updated January 29, 2021
The DMCA applies solely to copyright infringement. We take the intellectual property rights of other people seriously and require customers and authorized users do too. The DMCA set a process for responding to claims of copyright infringement that we have put into place for our team’s services. We have, therefore, created a DMCA notice.
If you own a copyright or have the right to act on behalf of a copyright owner and want to report a claim of infringement, please contact us by email or using the form below with the following items and we will take efficient and appropriate action for the DMCA notice:
i) Describe the copyrighted material you claim is being infringed;
ii) Describe the material you claim is infringing and you want to be removed or the action you want disabled. Please tell us the URL or another locator of where that material is found;
iii) Your telephone, email address, and physical address;
iv) Include this statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”;
v) Include this statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”;
vi) The signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on this owner’s behalf.
