Who are leading women in politics today? What about in years past? How are females changing the political landscape? Get answers here to inspire you!

While it’s hard for some to believe, women still aren’t equals in many political parties today. There’s still a glass ceiling for females, and sexism in Australia is an unfortunately reality for female candidates and those already appointed, like in too many other countries.

Rather than looking the other way, let’s delve into the problems several women in politics continue to face, with the hope that doing so will raise awareness and spark change. In addition, let’s applaud the women who are sharing their political viewpoints and devoting their lives to the political arena.
