Kameron Allen was born in Montecito, California on January 18th, 1983. At the age of 18, she moved to Dallas to study Fine Arts at the Southern Methodist University (SMU).
At SMU, she met her now-husband, entrepreneur and venture capitalist Court Westcott. She appeared with Court on Top Chef, the reality TV series and cooking contest, in 2011.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree, Kameron turned down her parent’s offer to return to Montecito and decided to stay in Texas instead. The reason was she had already secured a job with Inside Sales at Fossil Headquarters in Richardson.
The family life of Kameron Westcott
After dating for four years throughout college, Kameron Allen became Kameron Westcott when she and Court married in 2008 at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito. They went on to have two children: Hilton (born in 2011) and Cruise (born in 2013).
The family currently resides in the prestigious neighborhood of Highland Park. Also in their family are the bulldog Chunk and the Pomeranian named Fanci.
Product launches
2007 saw the launch of BabyLou Pooch Couture, a line of handmade apparel for pet dogs. In keeping with her love for canines, in 2017 Westcott created Sparkledog Premium Dog Food, a line of pink dog food that aimed to combine her love of both dogs and rosy hues.
The brand label featured an image of her beloved pet Yorkshire terrier Louis Vuitton, who died in early 2021. Although the product was met with mixed reviews over the inclusion of artificial coloring in pet food, its launch was partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer, donating $10,000 to the charity.
Kameron Westcott’s charity work
Throughout her career, Kameron Westcott has participated in a number of charitable activities including her position as a member of Cattle Baron’s Ball. It is the largest fundraiser for the American Cancer Society to take place in a single night.
She is also a member of the board for New Friends, New Life. This faith-based, non-profit initiative is dedicated to supporting trafficked girls, sexually exploited women, and their children. It does so by providing more accessible education, job support, financial assistance, and spiritual and mental health support.

Work in fashion and the arts
An enthusiastic supporter of the creative arts, Westcott is a former style ambassador, and she is an active member of DIFFA Dallas. The non-profit organization raises funds to help prevent HIV/AIDs through events that include a black-tie gala combining art, fashion, and culture.
Her love of fashion and the creative arts extends to her work serving on the council for the Texas Ballet Theater, chairing the TuTu Chic Luncheon in support of its ongoing success. The event also incorporates a fashion show.
Staying with the theme of clothing and couture, Westcott has also worked for a number of fashion houses. All prior to her debut on reality TV.
Previous appearances
Voted number one in D Magazine’s Top 10 Most Beautiful Women in 2009, Westcott has rarely shied away from the spotlight. Following her stint on Top Chef, Westcott made multiple appearances on Andy Cohen’s late-night interactive talk show Watch What Happens on Bravo between 2017 and 2018.
The Real Housewives of Dallas
In 2017, Kameron Westcott made her debut on the reality TV show The Real Housewives of Dallas (RHOD). That is perhaps where she is best known as a celeb. It was there that her motto “Blonde by birth, pink by choice” made her a hit with younger audience members.
Focusing on the personal and professional lives of several women living in the Lone Star State, RHOD was rarely short on drama (both on and off-screen). It quickly became known for its cast of outspoken socialites.
Among the socialites were former cheerleader Brandi Redmond and friend Stephanie Hollman, blogger Cary Deuber, and charity organizer LeeAnne Locken. Also, the former Hollywood star Tiffany Hendra and spa owner Marie Reyes.
Kameron Westcott controversies
Westcott’s own story on the show centered on her attempts to secure her dream home, despite challenging negotiations with her husband. Alongside a number of other appearances on both Celebrity Page and Ex-Housewife appearing as herself, Westcott continued to act as a main cast member on RHOD.
That is, until its final season, amid clashes between herself and fellow cast member Tiffany Moon, a frontline pandemic worker. The show ended in its fifth season.
Future projects
Although it appears unlikely that RHOD will return for a sixth season, Westcott is never short of things to keep her bsy. She balances family life with her various business and social engagements.
Future projects include Dec My Room, a non-profit involved in creating healing spaces for children and young adults who have been hospitalized for extended periods. Also coming up is a podcast with the author Katy Brittingham, Kam and Kary do Dallas.
