  1. hi Cristy! Along with keeping mentally active with puzzles, which I love btw, I highly recommend taking a class. The extra thought that goes into cramming for a test seems to work wonders for memory. And, the more you need to remember, the more your brain improves. At least that is what I’ve experienced… Of course, my husband will disagree that my memory has improved LOL :)

  2. I love brain games like crosswords, though I’ve never got the hang of sudoku. I haven’t played chess in yeeeeears. I don’t think we even still have our old chess set because I’m pretty sure it went out when we moved years ago. I’ll have to check out that Europechess site and see if they’ve got some things to try out on there. Great suggestions, it’s important to keep our grey matter flexible :)
