Needs vs. Wants – Please Help Dani #GoFundMe

Helping others when they need it shows heart

Let’s help Dani and her family in their time of need. Photo from Pixabay.

I am sharing this heartfelt blog post from Dani at Touch My Spine Book Reviews for many reasons.

Sometimes we get caught up in “I need this pair of runners” or whatever else but this is really not a “need.” Food, meds, and a roof over our heads are what we need. Let’s please support Dani to help her family in this time of need.

The blogging community is strong and I am sure we can be a support for her. I know she would appreciate any shares of her original post and donations to her GoFundMe account (link in her original post).

Thank you,

Christy

  1. Thanks so much, Christi!!!💜💙💜💙 This means so much to me. Words can’t even express my gratitude for everyone and everything they have done. I was literally broken down with grief and heartbreak over my situation and lost and comments like yours helped restore my hope that everything is going to be okay.💙 I appreciate you.💙💙💙

    1. I know it must have taken a lot of courage for you to publish that blog post, Dani. I’m so glad the blogging community is wrapping you in a warm hug xo Your latest blog post on your reaction to the outpouring of support is beautiful <3

    2. Awww thank you so much, Christy!!!💖💖💖 You have such a lovely and beautiful spirit as well. You sharing all this means the world to me. I am so thankful I was able to eat before I ended up too sick. The doctor gave me some bad news because my liver and kidney levels skyrocketed but we are now making it because awesome people like you have shared my post and have helped so much.😙💚😍

    1. Thank you for the share, Resa xo When you go to the page, click on the “Donate Now” button on the upper right hand side. GoFundMe has its own system whereby you create an account for the donation and use a credit card. I have never had a problem with security there. No pressure, of course, just in case you donate. The social share is appreciated!

    2. Hey Resa! I am so thankful you asked about the fundraiser. I feel so silly that I did not add a PayPal button. My email address is daniellepirok88@gmail.com for my PayPal and I can give you any other info if you need it. Sorry that I just now read this. Thank you so much if you already donated. I was going through a real rough patch when I wrote this and had stopped eating so my kids would have enough. It’s been a hard road but your share means so much to my family! Thank you!😀
