The Last One of 2017! Weekly Inspiration Roundup Vol. 25

Angelic bloggers who inspire me

Wow, this year is almost over, and it’s gone by like *snaps finger*. I cannot believe the days are flying by so fast! It has been full of fun times though, and I include some work assignments in that ;) I wish you a marvelous 2018 ahead ♥

Here are some of the inspiring words you’ve shared with us in this final week of 2017 at your blogs:

Christmas and New Year Message

A recent holiday blog post from The Little Mermaid caught my eye. This clever blogger shares beautiful words of love, celebration, time, and peace with us, all under the title of Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2018. She explains that simple pleasures are those to value most. I hope you read it as when I did I was left with feelings of warmth and renewal.

Charity: Keep on Giving

Throughout the year, I hope you give to charity, with your time, money, or donations. Bloggers can do so too, as shown by James’ post at This Is My Truth Now. He recently held a contest, and the three winners each chose a charity for him to donate to in their name. Wow, what a great idea for giving at the holidays :)

Dance, with This Poem

Alexis Rose at the inspiring blog Untangled recently shared a poem called Dance to the Music of the Earth. May we move with the passion of knowing that we are all interconnected. I love that this message of unity comes from her poem! As we enter into a New Year, let’s find special connections with one another.

Online Friendships

In blogging, we often develop friendships with other writers. We follow blogs, read one another’s posts, and come to find connections (like what has been suggested in the previous entry of inspiring blogs this week!). I like the message of Friends I’ve Never Met that I read this week at Penny Wilson Writes.

Learning from 2017

As the year closes, let’s reflect on what we’ve learned and use these lessons to guide us in our faith and love in 2018. I got this message from the inspirational blog Faith Love Soul. Yamina explains that some lessons take a long time to learn – I hear you!

New Year 2018: Making a Resolution?

Whether you make a New Year’s Resolution or not, my blogging friend at Unbreakable Yet Fragile has an intriguing list of questions to ask yourself as we head into 2018. By the end of the list, I realized the message was to be thankful for what we DO have rather than what we are missing from our lives.

Wishing you a beautiful rest of the holiday season. Cheers to the New Year!
