Ladies Who Motivate Me

Recently, author and friend D.G. Kaye launched Twenty Years: After “I Do” and I was so excited for her! Then I read her post of thanks to Tina Frisco and Sally Cronin for their continued support of her work and the features of her new book.

These women are marvelous writers and strong women who motivate me to keep at the writing life. I’m grateful for such wonderful female role models!

At the Crushing Walls blog, Kate Dawson writes about books, movies, and inspirational topics like the one in her post 11 Steps To Letting Go. She is open and honest in this post that explains how she has been able to heal, and she explains that she hopes to help others by sharing what has been helpful for her. Steps for letting go include educating yourself and starting to renew your life.

Recipe Time: Breakfast Smoothie

Eating better is a common New Year’s resolution. Great timing, therefore, for me to come across this Healthy Breakfast Smoothie blog post from SKD at Aromas and Flavors from my kitchen. This is a blog I love for its wonderful recipes! This particular smoothie combines apples, dates, and nuts. It is easy to make in just 5 minutes!

Goodbye 2017… Soon

Jill Weatherholt is Saying Goodbye to 2017 at her self-titled blog with an inspirational blog post that I want to share here for its sweet messages. She writes that this year has gone quickly and has had its ups and downs but that through it all we’ve continued to support one another. Now that is a reason to celebrate as we enter a New Year! I hope you follow Jill’s blog and enjoy her friendship as much as I do.
