A lot of people find it harder to keep on top of their health when they’re in a relationship. A lot of the work people do to get fit and stay that way is in the pursuit of finding someone. And, once that time comes, it doesn’t feel like there’s much point anymore. But, in reality, your health and fitness are much more than the exercise you do. Once you’re in a relationship, your considerations in this area have to be deeper. You have two people think about now, not just one. And, this means that there’s a lot more work to do. To start, you can’t consider yourself to be healthy unless a doctor tells you so. Most people don’t know enough about the human body to make a judgement like this about themselves. So, you should be going to see a medical professional at least once every six months. This will give you a chance to ask them about your improvements.
